Owasso Police Department release:
01/22/2018 – On January 22nd at 11:25AM, an armed robbery was reported at Walgreen’s on East 116th Street North near HWY 169 in Owasso.
An unidentified man entered the store and brandished a handgun to an employee working at the pharmacy window. The suspect demanded cash and pain medication, receiving only the small amount of cash from the register due to the remaining items being secured in a locked safe.
Police are hoping for enhanced images in the next few hours.
