12/12/2017 – Owasso Police are seeking assistance in identifying and locating this person of interest, alleged to have used multiple stolen credit card numbers at several Owasso businesses over the month of November.
Anyone with any information regarding this individual or his whereabouts, or that recognize him or his vehicle, are asked to call Owasso Police.
