01/23/2020 – Owasso Police are asking for assistance in identifying the persons of interest, 3 different females and 1 male, from surveillance video at multiple Owasso retailers.
On 01/23/2020 between 10:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M., the persons in question allegedly attempted to purchase merchandise using a stolen credit card at multiple Owasso businesses.
