Owasso Police stopped the SUV using a tactical vehicle intervention–where the officer used his patrol car to ram into the SUV skillfully.
04/06/2019 – Deangelo Curley has pleaded guilty to taking part in a robbery and pursuit with Owasso police in March.
Curley and two others were arrested last month after police say they robbed two stores near Smith Farm and led Owasso officers on a chase ending on 86th Street North. Two Owasso Police cars and two officers were injured during the stop and arrest.
Curley pleaded guilty to 1 count of larceny of merchandise from a retailer and 1 count of resisting an officer.
Curley will spend 1 year in the custody of the Department of Corrections. Tionne Joseph and Kristen Smith still face several charges.
Those charged in the robberies are 18-year-old Kristen Smith, 18-year-old Tionne Joseph and 18-year-old Tionne Joseph
