02/26/2019 – Tuesday afternoon, Carroll Harris and Arden Wilkinson with Owasso VFW presented a $500 check to Randy Cowling, Director of Owasso Community Resources.
The donation is to assist OCR with the needs of local veterans and government workers still trying to catch up after the recent government shut down.
