Pamela Gail Harp was born on April 28, 1957, in Long Beach,
California to Kenneth Ray White and Edna Fern (Winnett) White. She
passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones at home on Thursday,
December 19, 2024, at her home in Owasso, Oklahoma at the age of 67
years. As a child her family moved frequently due to her father’s job. At the
age of 15, the family settled down in Tulsa. Pam graduated with the
Mason High School Class of 1975. She later graduated from Bartlesville
Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration. She spent most of her working life as an
accountant with several different companies in the Tulsa area. She was
married on May 8, 1999, at Christ United Methodist Church in Tulsa to
Ross Herbert Harp. Pam had most recently been a faithful member of New
Life Assembly Church in Collinsville, Oklahoma. She was active with the
“Strong Moms” women’s group in Owasso. Pam and Ross were called by
God to foster and love 41 children through DHS. In her spare time, Pam
enjoyed a variety of past times such as dancing, swimming, traveling to the
beach and going on cruises, and spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Edna
