Peter Hones Loderhose was born March 30, 1944, in Monticello, New York, to George and Bertha Marguerite Hones Loderhose. He died Thursday, October 8, 2020, in Owasso, Oklahoma, in his home, with his family present. Peter was 76 years of age. Peter was reared and educated in Middletown, New York, and was a graduated of Middletown High School. He was married September 17, 1966, in Middletown to Jean Marie Morse. They had made their home in New York, before moving to Missouri in 1982. Peter spent most of his working life as a mechanic with Economy Tire and Muffler in Ozark. He was a faithful member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Willard, Missouri post baptism at the age of 65. After making their home in Owasso just a few years ago, they attended Silver Creek Church of the Nazarene. Peter enjoyed a variety of pastimes, especially spending time fishing. He particularly enjoyed time with his family and friends, and was extremely fond of his role of “Pops”. He was also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Great grandchildren; Harper, Oliver, Rowyn, Hudson, Henley, Hayden, Graham, Emmett,
Sophia, Brayden, Chase, Braxton, Ellie, Jameson, and Jackson
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one son, Christopher Loderhose.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 11, 2020, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 12, 2020, Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Willard, Missouri, with Pastor Russ Essary. The family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105, or www.stjude.org/memorial .
