With nearly half of all marriages ending in divorce, Rejoice Church is seeking to strengthen marriages and families by hosting a marriage conference. The MarriedLife Conference will be held on Saturday, September 21 at 4 p.m. at the Rejoice North Campus, HWY 169 and 106th St. North. This event is open to the community and childcare is provided by reservation for participants. Tickets for the event are $25 per couple and may be purchased at rejoicechurch.com on the events page or at the church office located at the North Campus (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. M-F).
The conference will feature Jon and Kelly Randles from Dallas, TX. Jon and Kelly will be speaking on, “Rising Above. Building a Significant Marriage in an Era of Cultural Chaos.” Randles is a nationally known speaker and is sought after to speak at churches, collegiate and youth events nationwide.
Leading worship during the event is Michael Boggs. Boggs is a popular singer/songwriter and was previously part of the Christian band FFH. Currently Boggs resides in Nashville, TN and leads worship at the college ministry, Kairos, part of Brentwood Baptist Church.
As a bonus to the event, Rejoice Church is offering childcare until 10 p.m., giving participants time to go out after the event to discuss their thoughts on the conference and have a date night.
