Robert “Bob” Edgar Foote son of Edgar and Jessie (Rhoden) Foote was born September 23, 1930 in Poteau, Oklahoma and departed this life to be with his Lord and Savior on April 16, 2016 in Muskogee, Oklahoma at the age of 85 years, 5 months and 6 days.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather to his family. He had a passion for music and loved playing the fiddle and guitar. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. Bob will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, one brother; Bill Foote, and two sisters; Louise Hancock and Pauline Harlow.
He is survived by a very loving family that includes his loving wife Imogene of the home in Owasso, Oklahoma, one son; Randy Foote and wife Jane of Owasso, Oklahoma, two daughters; Sherri Wells and husband Paul, Lisa Calvert and husband Errol of Tulsa, Oklahoma, six grandchildren; Joshua Foote and wife Katie of Collinsville, Oklahoma, Jacob Foote and wife Dee of Collinsville, Oklahoma, Zachary Foote and wife Hanna of Oolagah, Oklahoma, Shawna Saldivar and husband Tereso, Kyle Wells of Owasso, Oklahoma, Erica Miller and husband Cody of Collinsville, Oklahoma, thirteen great-grandchildren, one great, great-grandson, two sisters; Levina Jones of Catoosa, Oklahoma, and Shirley Crenshaw of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, three brothers; David Foote of LaPine, Oregon, Tom Foote of Cleveland, Oklahoma, and Gene Foote of Tahlequah, Oklahoma. A host of other relatives and many friends also survive him.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Dighton-Moore Funeral Service, Owasso, Oklahoma.
