Robert Frank Marr was born on September 2, 1932 in Tekamah, Nebraska to Erwin Clarence Marr and Nellie (Lytle) Marr. He died on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 in Owasso, Oklahoma at the age of 88 years. Robert was raised and educated in Tekamah, but he enlisted and served his country honorably in the United States Navy before finishing school. He served on the USS Intrepid during the Korean War and earned his GED shortly after returning home. Robert was married on July 2, 1957 in Chula Vista, California to Mardelle Vivian (Larsen) Marr. He spent most of his working life as the General Manager with Combustion Engineering in California, Tennessee and Tulsa, Oklahoma. In his spare time, Robert enjoyed a variety of past times such as woodworking, hunting, fishing, and traveling.
