Jill Donovan, founder of jewelry brand Rustic Cuff was the guest speaker at the Friends of Owasso Community Resources event at Bailey Education Foundation Thursday evening.
OCR is a non-profit community organization dedicated to helping families who face economic hardship.
Donovan, who was surely a comic in another life, entertained the crowd of nearly 300 by sharing the whimsical highlights and heartache of how the Rustic Cuff brand began. She detailed how the jewelry line became more than “cuffs” and is now a daily example of what the true meaning of “paying it forward” is.

Amazing Cakes by Connie was a big hit at the event, with cupcakes topped with realist edible cuffs, and a cake centerpiece which looked exactly like a Rustic Cuff Shopping Bag.
