Samuel Rahe “Toothless Sam” Allen was born April 5, 1954, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Thomas Edward and Anne Mae (Tuller) Allen. He died Sunday, February 2, 2014, in Tulsa at the age of 59 years. Sam was reared and educated in Tulsa and graduated with the Will Rogers High SchoolClass of 1973. He was married August 25, 1979, in Collinsville, Oklahoma, to Carolyn Brock. He was a longtime faithful member of Church On The Move in Tulsa. Sam spent most of his working life in the construction business as a heavy equipment operator, but along with his love for car racing he worked as a race car fabricator. He was a man who worked hard and played hard. Of all the things he enjoyed, spending time with his grandkids was his favorite time.

He was preceded in death by his father, and three brothers, Mike Allen, Fred Allen, and Robert Allen.
