Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports a collision occurred April 1i, 2017 at approximately 0740am on 86th Street North just west of North Lewis Ave, approximately 1 southeast of Sperry, OK in Tulsa County.
The OHP report reads as follows:
A 2011 Mitsubishi Gallant driven by Justin Brummett (SIC), white male, age 24, of Sand Springs, OK. Transported by Owasso Fire Department to St. John hospital in Tulsa, OK. Admitted in stable condition with arm and leg injuries.

Vehicle-2 2000 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Austin Crawford (SIC), white male, age 19, of Sperry, OK. Transported by EMSA to St. John hospital in Tulsa, OK. Expired at St. John hospital at approximately 0942 hours.

What happened: Vehicle-1 was westbound on 86th Street North, Vehicle-2 was eastbound on 86th Street North, the vehicles collided head on in the eastbound lane. Driver of vehicle-1 was pinned for an unknown amount of time before being extricated by members of Sperry Fire Department. Driver of vehicle-2 was ejected unknown distance. Collision is under investigation and has been reassigned to the Troop B Traffic Homicide Unit.
