Steven Earl Parker was born September 14, 1953, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to George Joel Parker and Anna Elizabeth Childers Parker. He died Friday, November 4, 2022, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 69 years. Steve was reared and educated in Tulsa and graduated with the Nathan Hale High School Class of 1972. He was married June 6, 1980, in Tulsa, to Marcia Sue Coats. He spent most of his working life as a machinist with UPCO in Tulsa. He was proud of his work as a tool and die maker. Steve enjoyed a variety of pastimes including watching movies and playing pool. He also enjoyed playing flight simulator on the computer. He was particularly fond of his role as “Bucky” and “Papa” to his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Marcia Parker, and brother, Mark Parker
Steve and Marcia will be laid to rest together at Sandridge Cemetery in rural Collinsville, Oklahoma. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
