01/23/2018 – The Tulsa City County Health Department just opened a new WIC Clinic in Owasso.
They have both English and Spanish speaking staff available.
The new WIC clinic is in the same space as a previous WIC clinic, but this marks the first Tulsa Health Department WIC clinic in Owasso (so it’s “under new management” so to speak).
They are very excited to serve the women and families of Owasso.
The office is located at 8300 North Owasso Expressway. Call 918-582-9355 to schedule an appointment or to determine your eligibility for WIC services.
The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) provides Federal grants to States for supplemental foods, health care referrals, and nutrition education for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and to infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk.
