01/16/2018 – Failure to provide animals with food, fresh water and shelter from the cold is against the law.
The Tulsa County Sheriffs office posted these photos Tuesday, that are a sad reminder of how the brutal cold can be deadly.
TCSO rescued two goats, a rooster and a chicken from a property near 96th Street North and Memorial. Several other chickens were found dead.
An investigation is now underway to determine if criminal charges will be filed.
The surviving animals are now getting the care they need.
