2nd Lt. Taylor K. Warren, 2009 Owasso High School graduate and 2013 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO, has been assigned to Dover Air Force Base where she will join a crew aboard the C17 Globemaster III aircraft. Taylor recently completed her Air Force pilot training at Vance AFB, Enid OK, with the 71st Flight Training Wing. Lt. Warren flew the T-6A Texan II and the T-1A Jayhawk during her 14 month long training syllabus with the class of 15-01. She will next train with the 97th Training Squadron in the C17 Globemaster III at Altus AFB. Once her training is completed at Altus AFB, she will move to her new assignment in Dover, Delaware.
Dover Air Force Base is located in the “First State,” and the center of the Delmarva — Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia — peninsula. Dover AFB is home to the 436th Airlift Wing, known as the “Eagle Wing” and the 512th Airlift Wing, our Air Force Reserve associate–referred to as the “Liberty Wing.” Together, these two wings make up the “Dover Team.”
Taylor was born and raised in Owasso. Her parents, Mark and Kristy Warren live in Owasso. She has one brother, Connor, a 2013 graduate of Owasso High School.
