06/20/2017 – Owasso Police arrested the driver of a rental truck on a DUI complaint after he rolled the vehicle onto its side in front of QuikTrip on 116th Street this morning around 5:30am.
Officers identified the driver as Andrew Doublebower.
A cleanup crew worked for hours cleaning up what was spilled from the truck.
