Charlotte Helscel hopes you will come trick-or-treat at her home Tuesday
10/30/2017 – Today, and Owassoisms reader asked us for a favor. She wanted to know if we could help her grandmother get some trick-or-treaters on Halloween.
Anndrea Huneryager-Loker wrote: For 25 years our grandmother has never had a single trick-o-treater🙁 Make our Grandmother’s dream come true by trick-o-treating at her house (96th & 145th) on Oct 31st!! The gate off 145th will be open for a drive thru Trick-o-treating from 7-9pm or until candy is gone. NO CARS OVER 7FT DUE TO BRIDGE HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS!
We were happy to oblige and our social media post has been seen thousands of times. The response was so great Anndrea told us they went on a run for more candy Monday afternoon.
Drive through Tuesday and tell Charlotte Happy Halloween.
