Owasso Coach Steve Holleman addressed a capacity crowd at Satuday nights Owasso Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.
The 2017 New Hall of Fame members are:
Dylan Bundy Class of 2011
- Over a two year period was 22-1 while striking out 322 in 150 innings.
- ERA of 0.20 and 1.58 in 2010 and 2011.
- Career BA of over .450, 105 RBI and 18 HR
- 3 time Oklahoma Gatorade Player of the Year. winner the 2011 Gatorade National Player of the Year.
- First Round Draft Pick of the Baltimore Orioles in 2011.
Chet Calico Class of 1973
- 3 sport star (football, basketball, baseball)
- Quarterback of the 71 and 72 football teams making playoffs
- All District selection his senior year
- Let the basketball team to the Conference Championship in 70-71 and was all district guard his senior year.
- Member of the 1973 State Championship baseball team .
Carl Center class of 1974
- A 3 sport athlete, starring in football and wrestling
- Member of the inaugural wrestling team in Owasso.
- Owasso’s first State Champion wrestler in 1974
- First All State Wrestler in 1974
- Earned full wrestling scholarship to Northern Oklahoma College
- Four year starter in Football
- Captain of the 1973 Football Team
- All District/Conference defensive end in 1973
- Spent 20 years in the USAF
Ross Harlan class of 2006
- Football and Track Star 2003-2006
- Had 12 touchdown receptions and 2 touchdown returns while earning All-District honors in 2005 (Kick–Returner of the Year)
- Had a four TD, 1999 performance in 2005
- Holds numerous school records in track, excelling in 300m hurdles and relay events.
- Multiple time Conference and Regional Champion, qualifying for state three times.
- 2006 State Champion in the 300m hurdles and the 4×800 relay.
- All American at OBU, National Champion 400m, Olympic Trials 07
Keon Hatcher Class of 2012
- Career leader in receptions (174) receiving yardage ( 2,621) and TD receptions (29)
- Holds the single season record for receptions (100), yardage (1,610) and TD receptions (20)
- Scored 186 point in his career
- Set single game record for receiving yards (232) in 2011 in a win vs. Union.
- Three year starter at the University of Arkansas
- Signed a free agent contract with the Oakland Raiders
Joe Patterson Class of 2006
- 2 sport star at Owasso , football and baseball
- OCA All-State selection in football and baseball
- 2,563 career passing yards, 26 TD passes
- Hall of Fame Scholar Athlete award winner
- Led the baseball team to back-to-back state runner-up finishes posting career numbers of .359BA, 80 RBI, 24 doubles, 13HR
- National JUCO Player of the Year at Seminole
- Rawlings Big Stick award winner
- All-Big XII designated hitter at Texas A&M
- Coached the USA National Baseball Team that played in Ireland and Cuba
Britt Williams Class of 1962
Two Sport star (football and basketball)
4 year letterman running back and linebacker
Played on 19-4 basketball basketball squad in 1962
Played on the 1963 National Championship team at NEO
Finished college playing career at Yankton College in South Dakota
Coached at various high schools and colleges before finishing at Oologah where he won numerous District Championships and had two state runner up finishes.
