Collective Soul to Rock Tulsa on June 25
Rockers to play The Joint inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa
TULSA, Okla. – It has been 20 years since Collective Soul first dominated the airwaves with the rock anthem “Shine.” In commemoration of the milestone, the band is hitting the road to celebrate with their fans, including a June 25 concert at The Joint inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa.
Tickets start at $45 and go on sale May 15.
The band released Hints Allegations and Things Left Unsaid in 1994 as their first studio album that included the rock anthem “Shine,” which shot to international recognition and double-platinum status.
Two decades later, the band has released seven No. 1 radio hits and sold more than 10 million albums across the world. Among their biggest hits are “December,” “The World I Know,” “Where the River Flows” and “Precious Declaration.”
The long-awaited ninth studio album See What You Started By Continuing fully embodies the journey that Collective Soul has taken musically and personally throughout the last two decades. It will be released later in 2014.
The 2014 spring tour dates officially welcome new lead guitarist Jesse Triplett to the band. Jesse made his debut as a touring member of Collective Soul at the Belly Up in Aspen, Colorado, in January.
