Owasso Community Resources is working with United Recyclers on an E-Cycling Event. Their organization will place a container in the OCR parking lot on Saturday, Aug. 9 and OCR will collect old electronic items for recycling. When the container is filled up, United Recyclers will donate up to $5,000 to Owasso Community Resources. OCR will be accepting items from 9 to 5 p.m. on that Saturday. OCR will not accept old refrigerators or freezers.
OCR will log the information of what is placed in the trailer.
This is a great opportunity for a great cause. If you have old electronic items you would like to part with, please bring it to our parking lot from 9 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014.
