The State of the City address will be presented by Owasso City Manager, Warren Lehr. Warren held the position of Assistant City Manager from 2009 until 2013. In this Senior Administrative role, his primary responsibilities have been to oversee Police, Fire, Public Works, Community Development, Golf and parks Departments—including Planning, Visioning, Budgeting, and Marketing. Warren worked for the City of Owasso from 1993-1999 as the General Manager & Director of Golf and from 2007-2009 as Manager of Golf and Parks.
Warren attended Norman High School; Received his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Cameron University; and has completed 70 hours toward a Th.D at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX.
Warren serves on a number of Boards, Foundations, and Committees including the Owasso Character Council, the Owasso Community Foundation, and the Bailey Education Foundation.
He and his wife Nina have been married for 32 years and have two grown children Cara and Allison.
