2013 District Teacher of the Year, JoAnna Dossett
The annual district Teacher of the Year Reception for Owasso Public Schools was held on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at the Bailey Education Foundation at Bailey Medical Center. Many were in attendance as candidates from each school were honored for their contributions to their school, the district, and to education.
Congratulations to JoAnna Dossett of Barnes Elementary, who was named the 2013 District Teacher of the Year. Ms Dossett teaches Kindergarten in the ESL Department at Barnes Elementary School. We also want to congratulate the following candidates from each school:
