Owasso Police are asking for assistance with identifying these individuals and/or vehicle. They are persons of interest in multiple Larceny cases in the Tulsa Metro area including Owasso.
The woman has noticeable tattoos on her arms and uses a scooter to enter every store she’s robbed.
