Registered therapy dogs are excellent listeners. Kids ages 5-10 are invited to read their favorite books to a furry, four-pawed friend. Calling all beginner superheroes! Join us for superhero training. Superheroes with knowledge will be provided on how to make their crime-fighting costume, where to put their secret lair, how to identify and defeat their nemesis, and more. Class size is limited to 15. For ages 10-15.

The Great Children’s Lego Build-Off Competition
Bring your Legos and assemble an original creation based on the theme “Every Hero has a Story.” You will have one hour to build from start to finish. Entries will be judged on creativity and interpretation of the theme. Top three winners will advance to the next round competing against children from other Tulsa City-County Library branches at an event on July 24. For grades 1-5. Registration is required.
