Robert Austin Hart
Robert Austin Hart of Owasso was booked into the Tulsa County Jail Tuesday, after an argument with another man ended up with a shooting .
Three people were at Harts apartment located in the Ninetyeight Apartments in Owasso when an argument broke out between the men.
Police say Hart got a gun and a struggle ensued. During the struggle it is reported that Hart ended up shooting himself in the leg. The police report shows that after the shooting the other man shoved Hart’s head into a microwave, resulting in Hart firing his gun again. The report states that the other man was then able to wrestle the gun away from Hart.
The other two men were not seriously injured.
Hart faces multiple charges including:
- POINTING FIREARM W/INTENT
- RECKLESS HANDLING OF FIREARM
- SHOOT W/INTENT TO KILL
- POINTING FIREARM W/INTENT
