Claremore Main Street is seeking applications from artists and entertainers to perform on the sidewalk during the upcoming May 4th Taste of Claremore event in downtown Claremore.
Acts will be compensated for their work based on the hours they perform ($100 for a three hour performance or $50 for a two hour performance) and tipping will be allowed. Acts will also be voted on during the length of the event that will accumulate to the crowning of the night’s most popular performer (s) and this performer (s) will receive an addition $100 prize on top of the wages paid by Claremore Main Street and their tips earned.
Interested acts will need to submit a description of their act, references, and photos/videos to the Claremore Main Street organization via email, ddavis@claremore.org. Or the interested acts can post their videos and information about their act to the Claremore Main Street Facebook page, http://www.Facebook.com/DowntownClaremore.
