Ator II
Before the City Council and Owasso Planning Commission this week was the final plat of the replat of Ator Center II.
The City received an application for review and approval of a final plat for a replat of Ator Center II , located on the west side of Garnett Road, just north of East 86th Street North. The property was originally platted as one lot, one block. The property has never been fully developed and has had temporary uses on it such as Ram Produce, Snow Cone Stands, Taco Truck, etc.
The 5.87 acre property is slated for commercial use. The plat alignment will provide for buildable commercial lots, with with lot 1 being set up for connection to the lot that currently is Trails End BBQ. Charity Auto Sales, that is currently in that space plans to relocate to a 116th Street North location.
