Jo Donna Sue King was born June 11, 1936, in Springfield, Missouri, to William Clarence and Mary Juanita (Hunt) DeWitt. She died Monday, March 14, 2016, in Catoosa, Oklahoma, at the age of 79 years. Jo Donna was married September 13, 1952, in Harrison, Arkansas, to Fred Dean King. She along with her husband Fred established and operated Fred King Trucking for most of her working life. She also was a wonderful mom and homemaker and never forsook her responsibility of caring for her family. Jo Donna was a longtime faithful member of Timber Ridge Assembly of God in Catoosa. Her primary interests were serving her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, attending church and reading the Bible.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Fred King, and grandson Jeremy King.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 17, 2016, at the Timber Ridge Assembly of God in Catoosa with Pastor Michael Goldsmith officiating. Serving as casket bearers will be Terry Baker, Chris VanDyke, Tarver Woodall, Bradley Sullard, Michael DeWitt and Bob Bradford. Committal service and interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon at White Chapel Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri. Memorial donations may be made in memory of Jo Donna Sue King to St. John Hospice, 4720 South Harvard Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74135.
