Congratulations to Harrison Moseby . He was the recipient of the first annual Spencer Richmond Memorial Award given out at Tuesday nights wrestling banquet.
Spencer Richmond was a student/wrestler at Owasso High School who was in a serious car accident in 2014 suffering a traumatic brain injury. He fought hard but lost his battle in September 2015.
