The streets were filled with 201 motorcycles Sunday afternoon as the riders participated in the 2016 Owasso Toy Run.
Riders began at German Corners and road through the streets to Rib Crib where they dropped off toys that benefit Owasso Community Resources Christmas Giving Tree program. More than 250 toys were collected. Riders also donated $232 to OCR.
OCR is currently signing up families for its Thanksgiving Food Basket and Christmas Giving Tree program. Families will need to provide a photo ID, proof of residency in Owasso or Collinsville and proof of income.
Last year, OCR provided 325 Thanksgiving Food baskets and helped 575 children with Christmas gifts.
