Emergency Road Closure:
The City of Owasso Public Works Department will be closing the intersection of N. Dogwood St. and E. 22 St. N., beginning on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 through Monday, December 5, 2016, weather permitting.
This closing is to facilitate an emergency storm box repair.
