On December 9th, 2016 the Owasso Police Department responded to a shooting in the Whataburger parking lot on E 96 ST N in Owasso, which resulted in a serious injury to the victim. The subsequent investigation conducted by detectives was presented to the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office and a warrant was issued on January 25th, 2017 for the arrest of suspect Isaiah Trevon Hall.
Mr. Hall is not in police custody and he should be considered armed and dangerous.
