Terry Lee Phillips was born October 15, 1969, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Geary Lynn and Mary Frances (Kinney) Phillips. He died Tuesday, March 14, 2017, in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, at the age of 47 years. Terry was reared and educated in Collinsville where he wrestled for 11 years, and competed in baseball and football. He graduated with the Collinsville High School Class of 1988. Terry was married August 15, 1992, at Osage Hills Christian Church in Tulsa to Lori Lynn (Naugle) Phillips. He spent most of his working life as a welder for AG Equipment in Broken Arrow. Terry was a faithful member of Life Church in Jenks, Oklahoma. He enjoyed a variety of pastimes such as playing, coaching, and watching baseball and going fishing.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2017, at Mowery Funeral Service. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 17, 2017, at Current Church in Collinsville with Pastor Jim Carney officiating.
