On May 22, 2017, long time Owasso residents, Gary and Geraldine Plummer celebrated their 60 year wedding anniversary.
The Plummer’s married the day after they graduated high school in Seneca, Missouri in 1957.
Over the last 49 years in Owasso, they have enjoyed getting to know so many wonderful friends in the area .
The Plummers owned and operating the first convenience store in Owasso (Mity-Mart), Owasso’s first Daylight Donut Shop, Owasso’s first Mexican Restaurant (LaCasita’s aka Gary’s Place) and Ramshack #2.
Many of those friends came out to help them celebrate at a reception hosted by their daughters, Deana Plummer-Klarich and Kristi Plummer-Minton this past Saturday.
