06/09/2017 – Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports a personal injury collision occurred Friday, June 9 at just after 8:00am State Highway 20 and 174th East Avenue, approximately 2 miles east of Owasso, OK in Rogers County.
38 year old Brianne Proctor, 38 of Owasso was eastbound on State Highway 20 when she departed the roadway to the right striking a curb and then a tree. She was transported by Owasso EMS to St John Hospital of Tulsa with head and trunk injuries, where she was admitted in stable condition.
