Siller Jane Wright was born February 7, 1928, in Omaha, Nebraska, to Herbert Childs and Fannie (Smith) Childs. She passed from this life Sunday, November 19, 2017, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 89 years. Siller was reared and educated in Omaha and graduated from Central High School. She was later married to Willard Wright. Siller spent most of her working life as a supervisor with Auto Electronics. She was a faithful member at St. John’s AME in Omaha for over 50 years, and attended Greater St. John’s AME in Tulsa, Oklahoma after moving to Owasso, Oklahoma in 2004. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes such as gardening and traveling. Siller had a passion for singing and especially in the church choir.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Fannie, husband, Willard, brother, Herbert, 2 sisters, Francis and Naomi, granddaughter, Tracey, and 1 great grandson, Dominique.
Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 1, 2017, at St. John’s AME in Omaha, Nebraska with Reverend Lesley White officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha, Nebraska. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
