Julie Ann “Lee Lee” “Tootie” Harjo was born August 20, 1959, in Stigler, Oklahoma, to Ralph James and Willla Bob Smith Hulvey. She died Sunday, February 11, 2018, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 58 years. Julie spent most of her working life as a receptionist with Lowrance Electronics and later with Braden Steel in Tulsa. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes, especially going to the creek, camping, and just being outdoors. Most important in her life was her family.

Nieces; Leanna Smith, and Tonya Smith and her husband Ron.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 19, 2028, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Graveside funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at Owalla Cemetery in rural Claremore, Oklahoma with Pastor Don White officiating. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
