Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the Oologah Assembly of God Church with Pastor Kent Jensen officiating. Inurnment will be held at Wann Cemetery in Oologah. The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Joe’s memory to Oologah Assembly of God Church, 13462 South US Highway 169, Oologah, Oklahoma 74053. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service.
