D B WardDorothy Bernice Ward was born July 9, 1937, in Anchor, Kentucky, to Jake Albert and Charlotte Aileen (Strong) West. She died Saturday, May 5, 2018, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 80 years. Dorothy married John George Ward on October 1, 1953, in Angola, Indiana, where they lived and raised their two daughters. They moved to Owasso, Oklahoma, in 2003. Dorothy spent most of her working life as a homemaker. She also enjoyed painting, reading, and sewing, and she was a prayer warrior. She loved God first, her husband, then her family.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
