06/29/2018 – Owasso Police arrested a man Thursday afternoon after being accused of sexually assaulting a woman.
Ramiro Ramirez-Onate, 25 was arrested and is currently being held in the the Tulsa County Jail.
The arrest reports states Ramirez approached the victim in the area of 12500 East 86th Street North, grabbed her and then exposed himself to her. He was located shortly after the incident near 86th Street North and 129th East Avenue, and positively identified by the victim.
The police report states when arrested, police found a substance which appeared to be meth in his wallet.
Ramirez-Onate is being held without bond on the following charges:
