Tammy Roxanne Fielding was born July 14, 1973, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to George Harold Kinsey and Betty Mae (Noteware) Kinsey. She passed from this life on Friday, August 24, 2018, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 45 years. Tammy spent most of her working life in the home raising her children. She had a variety of pastimes such as making candles, visiting friends, and going to the Tulsa Zoo. Those she leaves behind who hold many cherished memories include:

Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel with Reverend Leonard Pirtle officiating. Interment will be held at Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery in Owasso, Oklahoma. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
