02/04/2020 – On December 30th, 2019 the Owasso Police Department responded to the shooting death 21-year-old Tyler Lee Collins inside an apartment in Owasso. During the subsequent investigation, evidence was developed leading to suspects Devin Wilson and Montre’ Wilson as the persons who allegedly shot Mr. Collins during what appears to have been a drug-related robbery attempt.
On Monday, Owasso Detectives presented the findings of the investigation to the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office and arrest warrants were issued for the Wilsons for First Degree Murder under district case CF-2020-0584.

Also on Monday, February 3rd, members of the Owasso Police Department, Skiatook Police and the US Marshals Violent Crimes Task Force executed warrants at residences in Tulsa and Skiatook. Devin Wilson 17 of Skiatook and Montre’ Wilson 24 of Tulsa were taken into custody and transported to jail.
