05/07/2020 – Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports a fatality incident occurred on May 6th at approximately 3:56 PM, 2/10 of a mile north of CR EW2010 Road and 2/10 of a mile east of CR NS4040 Road, approximately 5 miles north and 1.5 miles east of Boswell, OK. in Choctaw County.

 A Sheepsfoot Roller, operated by Homero Barron Alarcon, age 37, of Owasso,  was traveling northbound on a dirt road under construction. He departed the road to the left and rolled down an embankment and was partially ejected.  The vehicle came to rest on top of the driver. Alarcon was pinned for approximately 10 minutes and freed by coworkers using construction equipment.
