09/28/2020 – The City of Owasso has announced that contractors working on behalf of the the City of Owasso Recreation & Culture Department will begin work on Elm Creek Pond on October 12th.
During this time the majority of the park area will be closed (SEE MAP). Closure will include bathrooms, walking trail, tennis courts, picnic tables and playground. Questions should be directed to Larry Langford at Recreation & Culture.
Work will consist of lowering the level of the pond to regrade / expand and for placement of erosion control. Anticipated completion is April 10th, 2021.
