Driver registration costs $15 + a bag of candy (or just $20). Rider registration costs $5.
Owasso Cops for Kids is the charitable arm of the Owasso FOP Lodge #149. All of the proceeds (& candy) will help fund our upcoming Trunk or Treat and Shop With a Cop events.
