Joyce LeVon Lincicome was born on July 5, 1938, in Wichita, Kansas to Ervin Edward Hephner and Lena L. (Keeling) Hephner. She passed from this life on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, in Owasso, Oklahoma at the age of 83 years. Joyce was raised and educated in Wichita and graduated with the Eastside High School Class of 1957. She then went on to attend classes at Wichita State University. Joyce was married on November 21, 1962, at the McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita to Danny Landon Lincicome. She spent most of her working life in the home, raising her two children. She was a long-time faithful member of First United Methodist Church in Owasso and loved singing in the choir. Joyce enjoyed a variety of past times such as playing the piano, baking, and needle point.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ervin and Lena, two brothers, Lonnie and Jerry, and her sister, Cora.
A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, December 20, 2021, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
