David Michael Terrell was born October 22, 1959, in Torrence, California, to Asher Maynard Terrell and Bertie Lee Wade Terrell. He died Tuesday, July 5, 2022, in Catoosa, Oklahoma, at the age of 62 years. David was completed his secondary education in Catoosa and graduated with the Catoosa High School Class of 1979. He was married December 18, 1982, in Catoosa, to Teri Rosett. David completed his post graduate studies earning his bachelor’s degree at Oklahoma State University. He spent much of his working life as a systems analyst with Verinovum Tulsa. He enjoyed a variety of pastimes, especially listening to music including classic rock and roll, blues, as well as gospel music.

Amanda Terrell and fiancé Stephen Potter, Catoosa, Oklahoma
Mother; Bertie Lee Terrell, of Tulsa, Oklahoma
He was preceded in death by his father, Asher Terrell, and a sister, Pamela Dimmick.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, at First Church in Owasso with Pastor Matt Thomason officiating. Private family disposition will be held at a later date. The family requests memorial contributions be made in David’s memory to the First Church Unstoppable Initiative, 10100 North Garnett Road, Owasso, Oklahoma, 74055. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
