Tyler Bennett Nelson was born August 1, 1994, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Terry Lynn Nelson and Cheryl Gail Vernon Nelson. He died Wednesday, July 12, 2023, in Tulsa at the age of 28 years. Tyler completed his secondary education in Barnsdall, Oklahoma. He spent most of his working life as a dent tech and was the owner of Dentworx. Tyler enjoyed a variety of pastimes, especially being a mechanic for his brothers quad racing team. He was well known around the racetrack and had acquired the nickname Nestle Quik. Away from the track he enjoyed working on trucks. He was a firework guru, it was go big or go home. Everything was the best that Tyler touched and it had to be just right. Tyler was always the first to help day or night. He had an infectious laugh and smile, and was a beautiful soul. He was the most selfless loving brother and son, and dearly loved his family.

And a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Emmalee and Richard Greenfeather, Joe Nelson, and Raymond and Maria Slaten.
Memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 21, 2023, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso.
